This Policy describes how Level Plus (including the FORA, Product Formula, Product Lab products and affiliated projects) processes personal data on the websites levelplus.tech, newlevel.plus and their subdomains, as well as in related landing pages, quiz forms, Telegram bots, advertising landing pages and CRM systems (hereinafter the “Sites” and the “Services”).
If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you have read this Policy and accept it.
1. Who we are and how to contact us

2. What data we collect
2.1. Data you provide directly
- Name, Telegram/messenger handle, email, phone.
- Answers in quizzes/forms (project stage, niche, goals, desired deadlines, budget ranges).
- Materials for review (landing page links, creatives, ad accounts — with your consent).
- Payment details/fact of payment (via payment providers).
- Messages in chats/bots/email.
2.2. Data collected automatically
- Log files: IP address, user-agent, device/browser/OS type, language, referrer, URLs of visited pages, time, UTM tags, events (scroll, clicks), errors.
- Cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, pixels, SDKs).
- Advertising/analytics identifiers (for example, GA4, Meta Pixel).
2.3. Data from third parties (with your permission)
- Payment providers (fact and status of payment, masked transaction details).
- Advertising platforms (aggregated campaign reports).
- Meeting booking tools (slots/confirmations).
- OpenAI/AI providers when you use the AI assistant.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data in order to:
- Provide FORA/Product Lab/Product Formula services: booking a review/consultation, preparing a personal plan, communication (GDPR: performance of a contract/pre-contractual relations).
- Send materials and bonuses: lead magnets, guides, checklists (with your consent).
- Marketing and retargeting: only where you have consented to cookies/pixels (GDPR: consent).
- Analytics and improvements: A/B tests, funnels, UX metrics (legitimate interest and/or consent).
- Security: preventing abuse, protection against attacks (legitimate interest/law).
- Compliance with legal obligations: accounting, tax records, responses to regulators (legal obligation).
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner/settings or by writing to us.
4. Cookies, pixels, Consent Mode
We use:
- Strictly necessary (site operation, protection, anti-bot).
- Functional (saving settings/language).
- Analytics (for example, Google Analytics 4, Consent Mode v2).
- Marketing (Meta Pixel/Google Ads/LinkedIn — only with your consent).
At any time you can open the Cookie settings (link in the footer) and change your choice. We support Google Consent Mode v2: if there is no consent, tags operate with limited signals (without personalization).
5. AI assistant and processing via OpenAI
When you interact with the AI assistant (on the site/in a bot), your questions and context may be transferred to an AI model (for example, the OpenAI API) solely for the purposes of replying/qualification/booking a consultation. We:
- Do not ask for and do not recommend sending sensitive data (health, finances, passwords).
- Filter/mask PII where possible.
- Store dialogue logs for up to 180 days for quality audit and improvements (or less — upon your deletion request).
- Use AI providers as processors under a contract, including standard data transfer terms and security measures.
6. Who we share data with and why (categories of recipients)
- Payment providers (e.g., Stripe/WayForPay/Mono/PayPal) — payment processing.
- Analytics/marketing (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta, LinkedIn) — subject to consent.
- Email/SMS/messengers (e.g., SendPulse/Telegram Bot API) — mailings/notifications/bots.
- CRM/automation (e.g., Pipedrive/HubSpot/Notion/Zapier/Make) — managing requests/funnels.
- Hosting/CDN/security (e.g., Vercel/Cloudflare) — content delivery/protection.
- OpenAI/other AI providers — assistant responses.
- Legal/accounting providers — fulfilling obligations.
We do not sell personal data. Transfers to third parties occur only for the purposes set out in this Policy and under limited processing terms.
7. International transfers
Data may be transferred outside your country (including to the USA/EU/United Kingdom) to processor providers. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), a Transfer Impact Assessment, as well as technical and organizational measures (encryption, access restriction).
8. Retention periods
- Leads and communications: up to 24 months from the last activity or until consent is withdrawn.
- Client data/documents: up to 5 years (accounting/taxes), unless the law requires otherwise.
- Server/security logs: up to 12 months.
- AI assistant logs: up to 180 days.
- Cookies — according to the lifetime of the specific files (see cookie settings).
Upon request we will delete/anonymize the data, unless there is another lawful need to retain it.
9. Your rights
Depending on the jurisdiction, you have the rights to:
- Access your data and obtain a copy.
- Rectify inaccuracies.
- Erasure (the “right to be forgotten”) — where applicable.
- Restrict processing.
- Data portability (machine-readable).
- Object to marketing/profiling.
- Withdraw consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
Send requests to privacy@levelplus.tech. We will reply within a reasonable time (usually up to 30 days). If you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
10. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures: TLS/HTTPS, data encryption at providers (where available), access control on a least-privilege basis, event auditing, backups, 2FA. Despite these measures, transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. If you suspect a compromise, contact us immediately.
11. Marketing messages
- You receive mailings only with consent or within pre-contractual/contractual relations.
- Unsubscribe: the link in the email, a bot command in the messenger (for example, “stop”), or an email to privacy@levelplus.tech.
- Retargeting (pixels) — only with cookie consent.
12. Children
Our Services are intended for adult entrepreneurs/experts. We do not target persons under 18 and do not knowingly collect their data. If you are under 18, do not submit any data.
13. Automated decisions and profiling
We may use profiling to segment marketing and prioritize requests (for example, based on quiz answers). Decisions producing legal effects for you without human involvement are not made.
14. External links and platforms
The site may contain links to third-party resources (Telegram, YouTube, payment pages, etc.). We are not responsible for their privacy policies. Please review the terms of the respective platforms.
15. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always at levelplus.tech/privacy (with an “effective from…” date). Material changes will be announced via a notice on the site/by email (where appropriate).
16. Regional notices
- EU/EEA/UK: legal bases for processing — consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation. Transfers outside the EEA — under SCCs.
- Ukraine: processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”; data subject rights are exercised by contacting privacy@levelplus.tech.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell personal data. To opt out of cross-context advertising, use the cookie settings.
17. FORA specifics
- Purpose of the review: to prepare a personal 6-week plan (offer/funnel/landing page/creatives/implementation plan).
- Quiz data is used only for preparation and communication.
- Materials submitted for review (landing pages/numbers) are not shared with third parties outside the purposes of the service.
- A conversation/call is recorded only with your explicit consent (if required for preparation/minutes).
